Certified Financial Planners
CFP® professionals must take extensive exams in the areas of financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning and retirement. Attaining the CFP® designation takes experience and a substantial amount of work. CFP® professionals must also complete continuing education programs each year to maintain their certification status.

Registered Representatives
Registered Representatives act as agents in the buying and selling of securities. A person must pass the Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 securities examinations, and be registered with a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) or a self-regulatory organization (SRO).

Client Service Associates
Under general supervision of a Senior Planner, a Client Service Associate performs a variety of professional service functions. A Client Service Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is characterized by a good understanding of the financial services field and entails a beginner to intermediate level of required duties and responsibilities. A college degree is desired for this position.

Client Service Managers
Under general supervision of a Partner and/or Senior Planner, a Client Service Manager performs a variety of professional planning functions. This position is characterized by increasingly specialized knowledge of the financial planning field and a more elevated level of required duties and responsibilities. Client Service Managers must pass the Series 7 or 6 and Series 63 or 66 securities examinations, and be registered with a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) or a self-regulatory organization (SRO).

Operational roles are key to ensuring a smooth flow of information to and from the front and back office. The firm employs individuals with experience in both broker dealer and RIA operations as well as various compliance and regulatory functions.

Required qualifications and skills are dependent upon the respective position held within the Operations Area. An advanced operations career requires a college degree in finance or a related field and Series 7, 63 or 66, 24 and other advanced industry licenses. Mid-level operations positions require a college degree, Series 7, 63 and/or 66 licenses. Entry-level operations positions, a college degree is highly desired, but not required.
